Owing to his professional experience before becoming an attorney, Mr. Campbell's practice has naturally focused on all aspects of construction law and litigation. He has significant experience handling cases throughout California, bringing cases to successful conclusions through arbitration, mediation, and/or trial.

Examples of the types of cases Mr. Campbell has handled include: construction defect – including complex multi-party cases, breach of contract, toxic tort, delay claims, general contractor and sub-contractor liability, design professional liability, and materials and product defect claims. 

Mr. Campbell has represented individuals, small businesses, and all size business entities ranging up to national and multi-national construction companies. Examples of clients include: commercial developers and property owners, individual homeowners, homeowner associations and common interest developments, architects, engineers, general contractors, specialty contractors, product manufacturers, and public entities (such as school districts or municipalities).

Before attending Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Campbell worked in construction for 17 years. He owned and operated his own contracting business for more than a decade, and is a California licensed contractor in classifications B–General Building, C20–Warm Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning, and C43–Sheet Metal.

Mr. Campbell earned his B.A. in Political Science at California State University Hayward in 1985.  He received his J.D. in 2000 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Mr. Campbell is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is admitted in the United States District Court, Northern District and Eastern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
